Production at Laurita Vineyards focuses on making wines from grapes that are recognized and accepted worldwide, concentrating on the Vinifera, the classic European noble varieties. The Laurita Winery will be producing 14,000 cases of wine that will be exclusive to the winery and will offer wine tasting, vineyard and winery tours, educational seminars and sales in the marketplace.

Natali Vineyards is a New Jersey Farm Winery where the wine is made in the Vineyard. The Cape May peninsula is a very special place for growing European wine grapes (Vitis Vinifera). The lower Cape May region has a moderating impact on these weather conditions due to the influence of two large bodies of water, the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay. It is somewhat similar to the Bordeaux region of France which lies between the Atlantic and the lower Gironde River, especially the area known as the Medoc. As one might expect, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc do very well in this climate.
