Unionville Vineyards is a boutique producer of fine wines in bucolic and charming Hunterdon County. With nearly 60 acres of vines planted across three counties, Unionville features terroir-driven, site specific wines, with several single vineyard bottlings. The winery focuses on varieties native to Burgundy and Rhone, such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Viognier.
