Super storm Sandy, which hit New Jersey on October 22, 2012, devastated the Asbury Park Boardwalk. Many businesses were shut down and renovations needed to be made. However, since the storm Asbury Park has rebuilt itself and when you visit today, it’s as if a storm never happened.

Silverball Museum Arcade is located on the Asbury Park Boardwalk and features some of the coolest pinball machines, not only from the 2000s, but also from the 1930s! Additionally, they have a snack bar where guests can enjoy classic boardwalk food such as pizza, hot dogs and funnel cake.

Recently renovated after the damage sustained during Super storm Sandy, the Asbury Park boardwalk is now bigger and better than ever. They boast a one mile long boardwalk with attractions such as Convention Hall, Asbury Splash Park and Silverball Museum Arcade. The entire family can have fun on the boardwalk and since it is only 60 miles south of New York City and about 90 minutes north of Atlantic City, everyone in the surrounding area can easily take a trip there for the day.
