Floyd Hall Arena opened in March of 1998 with one goal in mind, to create wholesome activities for children and their families. The arena's founder was dedicated to providing low-cost, family-oriented entertainment for Little Falls NJ and the surrounding communities. To this day Floyd Hall Arena attracts over 500,000 visitors per year and is home to several groups including the Montclair Hockey Club, The North Jersey Figure Skating Club, the Clifton HS Mustangs and Nutley and Passaic Valley High School Hockey Teams.
The twin, NHL-size ice skating rinks are open year-round, seven days a week for public open skate sessions, figure skating, and ice hockey leagues for kids and adults. For maximum safety, Floyd Hall Arena offers separate open skate sessions for kids and adults. Visit their website for specific hours. Floyd Hall Arena also offers open hockey sessions for youth and adults. For figure skaters, open and high freestyle timeslots are available.
