In 2020, the year of the pandemic, unfortunately, people could not enjoy the Vernon lights festival. They were able to get a few days in but all of the other dates were canceled

The surrounding reindeer makes the Christmas tree a little bit more mystic. The reindeer are, of course, also decorated with lights.
