Hunter training range at the Black River Wildlife Management Area in Chester Township, Morris County. The Black River range is an extremely popular practice area for hunters in this area of Chester. There are two un-manned ranges at Black River WMA, an archery and a shotgun clay bird range. It's important to note that there are no amentities at the shotgun range - it's basically an open field with shooting stations - shooters must bring everything they need with them, gun ammo, clay birds and something to throw them with.
