Atlantic City Historical Museum
The Atlantic City Historical Museum is open daily (check on major holidays) from 10 a.m .to 4 p.m., and is Free to the public. See beautiful exhibits and video presentations. They also have a gift shop.

Atlantic City Art Center
Three exhibition galleries change monthly and bi-monthly featuring artwork by contemporary artists and artisans of national, regional and local renown. Free Admission and Parking Open 10 AM - 4 PM, 7 Days a Week. Closed on National Holidays

Howell Living History Farm

Howell Living History Farm is a time machine that takes you back to the year 1900 - a time when horses and buggies traveled the lanes of Pleasant Valley. When you visit You could build a barn, or deliver a lamb, or bake a loaf of bread from wheat that you grew yourself. Kids can play with the animals or help sweep up the barn. Sea Life Museum Marine Stranding center

See marine animals up close. The Center has responded to over 2500 strandings of whales, dolphins, seals and sea turtles that have washed ashore over the years. Whenever possible, the animals are brought back to the MMSC for rehabilitation and eventual release. Rehabilitation can last up to several months and cost thousands of dollars for a single animal. Fort Hancock Historic District

The Sandy Hook Lighthouse was constructed in 1764 to control shipwrecks off the coast of Sandy Hook. It is still in use today, and is the nation's oldest lighthouse. The Park is open daily, sunrise to sunset and is Free. Unfortunately you must pay the Sandy Hook beach parking fees during the summer.

The Presby Memorial Iris Gardens

The Grover Cleveland Birthplace

This site houses the most complete collection of Cleveland artifacts in the nation; including the president’s cradle, White House chair, clothing and fishing gear among many others. Fort Lee Historic Park and Visitor Center

The Visitor Center is open Wednesday – Sunday, 10 am – 5 pm. The Visitor Center is at the heart of the Historic Park, providing information on the role of Fort Lee in the American Revolution. Two floors of displays present the story of how General Washington was forced to evacuate the area in November of 1776 and lead his famous “Retreat to Victory” across New Jersey at the end of 1776.
Construction of the eleven-thousand square-foot building began in 1974 and was completed for the American Bicentennial celebration in 1976. In addition to its historical features, the facility contains a 164-seat auditorium, a gift shop, restrooms, drinking fountain, public phone, and information desk. Admission is Free

Very nice Museum that sits atop the very land that served as an encampment for our troops, by order of General George Washington, during the Revolutionary War. Art is on display as well as many cool Revolutionary artifacts.
