What Are Some of The Oldest Historical Landmarks in NJ? 

Many true New Jersey history buffs have asked us about some of the oldest museums, famous landmarks and historical points of interest in the state. Below is a list of fascinating sites and interesting landmarks.

 

Old Ardena Schoolhouse - This schoolhouse was constructed in 1835. 


New Jersey Spoon Museum
 - Come see a unique collection of spoons at the Lambert Castle Museum in Patterson, NJ

 

The Palace of Depression - This amazing Palace was created by George Daynor during the great depression in the late 1920s through the mid-1930s. The Palace was constructed by using random materials, junk cars, and mud. Restoration efforts have recently begun and tours are going to be more commonplace in 2020.
