Anna Maria Ciccone Theater

The Anna Maria Ciccone Theater is located on the campus of the Bergen County Community College and has been bringing some of the most culturally relevant productions in the Northern New Jersey area. Riverside County Park

Flat Rock Brook Nature Preserve

Flat Rock Brook Nature Preserve is a natural woodland and one of the last remnants of the magnificent Palisades Forest. This 150-acre preserve is absolutely huge and filled with various fauna and flora found only here in New Jersey. The center is situated on the western slope of the Palisades. The preserve was founded in 1973 by citizens of Bergen County who are committed to land conservation and environmental education.

When you visit this natural environment you will be walking into a sanctuary for New Jersey's wildlife from the Urban areas that have taken over most of the area. If you are a hiking enthusiast, Flat Rock is the place to go, with numerous miles of trails open to the public and an educational center where you might get to meet some of the animals that inhabit the area if you go at the right time. Flat Rock Brook also offers year-round programs for children, adults, and families interested in gaining knowledge of the natural world while instilling a sense of responsibility to preserve it.

Ramapo Valley Reservation

This Reserve is a staggering 4290.00 acres that used to be home to a former gravel quarry. Outside of the commonly used core area the parkland has been left in its natural mostly hilly wild state forming the eastern tier of the Ramapo Mountains.
