Owned by chef Salvatore Scarlata who was born in Villalba, Sicily. Salvatore brought his passion for the art of cooking and creating perfect and unique dishes here to the states to share them with every guest that comes into the restaurant. Believing heavily in their motto "perfect atmosphere, food, and service." they provide just that in dividends and it shows in their food.
