Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics has become the premier gymnastics training facility in Northern NJ. They offer a wide variety of classes for toddlers (18 months), children, teens and adults that promote a lifetime of wellness. The Mini Movers program is for children 18 months through 5 years old and teaches the most basic gymnastics concepts through age-appropriate entertainment and instrument/music. Toddlers that strive in the beginner classes can move up to the Gymnastics and Tumbling classes where both boys and girls will learn the fundamentals and work their way up to intermediate and advanced classes.
