Hoysala is an Indian restaurant in Somerset county where the cuisine of Southern India is our specialty. We cook bold dishes such as malnad chicken, pepper chicken, chettinad goat and even lamb khaima, all of which use strong flavors like ginger, pepper, garlic and corriander seeds. Our goal is to awaken our patron's taste buds and introduce them to the magic of traditional Indian food.
Our restaurant also serves vegetarian dishes such as avial and yengai, which are vegetables cooked in specialty gravies or sauces. These meals use strong flavoring such as coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts making them delicious yet unlike anything you've probably tasted before.
