South Jersey Music Academy specializes in teaching piano, drum, guitar and voice lessons for children starting at 6 years old, up to adults. All classes are taught by accredited teachers who have performance experience and are dedicated to helping students grow musically in order to achieve their goals. South Jersey Music Academy breaks their vocal training into two categories: voice teaching and voice coaching, each covering different aspects of the training process.
The Voice Teacher actually trains students to sing by giving step-by-step instruction. Breathing and vocal exercises are one of the main focal points in order to increase voice strength, endurance and flexibility. The Vocal Coach is utilized when students have already reached a certain level of proficiency as a singer. The Vocal Coach helps students prepare material for a performance or audition, then provides feedback.
