Located in Woodland Park, NJ, just 20 minutes from the George Washington Bridge, Elite Equine Group is a full-service equestrian facility nestled on 26 acres within Garret Mountain Reservation. We offer exclusive guided trail rides on horseback on over 550 acres of beautiful trails. We also offer riding lessons (with an indoor arena, riding is available all year round), boarding, leases, summer camps, birthday parties and much more!
Guided trail rides are offered all year round, Tuesday thru Sunday, weather permitting. Children must be over the age of 12 and the maximum weight limit is 225 lbs. Due to popular demand, all trail rides must be booked in advance. Any assistance or questions you may have during the ride can be answered by our competent and friendly trail guides. Riding through the Garret Mountain Reservation, you may catch glimpses of local wildlife and take in the beautiful scenery, all while on the back of one of our safe and kind lesson horses. It is recommended that you come dressed in long pants and a boot with a heel. No flip flops or shorts. There is 24 hour cancellation policy on all reservations.
