NEW "Cooking with the Kids" Party

David P. Martone is the Owner and Executive Chef and opened Classic Thyme Cooking School in 1995. All their instructors are culinary professionals with varied backgrounds and specialties. In addition to the regularly scheduled classes they also provide a unique venue for Birthday Parties, Private Parties and Corporate Cooking Team Building Events. Birthday parties at Classic Thyme are as much fun for parents as they are for kids! Leave the planning, facilitation and clean up to them while you enjoy your child's special day, and take lots of photos!

They offer four types of birthday parties: "Chef for a Day," "Recipe for a Bear," "Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate!" and the newest "Cooking with the Kids." Each party offers multiple menu items to choose from. Parties run from 1.5 to 2 hours and are led by experienced children's class instructors. Parties are for ages 3 and up and require a minimum of 10 attendees. Except for "Cooking with the Kids," their parties are "drop off" parties; where they request that only the parents and immediate family of the birthday child remain during the parties. "Cooking with the Kids," is designed to have parents join in and create memories cooking with their children. Classic Thyme Party offerings are also available for school, camp and scout troop outings.
