You will be involved in the complete process of wine making, everything from the crushing and pressing of the grapes to the bottling of the wine. You will choose from select California, Italian and South American grapes and juices, all while being assisted by international award winemakers.
You can even customize your own label for someone special, or a specific special event. In September & October, California & Italian grapes are in season and highly recommended for use in wine making. In April & May, Chilean & Argentinian grapes are the ones that Grape Expectations will recommend.
