Grape Finale is an award winning hands-on winery that provides a unique opportunity for wine lovers to dip their hands into the magic of the winemaking experience. Owner, Lisa van den Woldenberg, who graduated from UC Davis, a world renowned school of enology and viticulture, opened Grape Finale to share her love of wine and wine making with NJ Tri-State residents. Grape Finale provides all the cutting edge equipment and personalized guidance necessary for both experienced and new winemakers to successfully create their own premium vintages.

In the spring make wine with grapes from South Africa and Chile, and in the fall from California. Choose from over 25 varietals of premium red and white grapes to make traditional blends or, upon request, create your own blends. Select what type of barrel to store your wine in for aging, between regular aging or making reserve wine, and between hand bottling your wine in regular, split or magnum sized bottles. Crush, press and rack your wine using professional winemaking equipment. At the end of the process winemakers hand-label their bottles with waterproof and humidity resistant, custom labels. You can personalize any of the over 120 off the shelf label designs Grape Finale offers or work with one of the facility's graphic artists to create a unique one of a kind label.
