Diverse program of equine assisted activities! Equestrian Camp at Mane Stream, located in Oldwick, NJ is an inclusive summer day camp open to children with disabilities and typically developing children ages 4 and older. Camp is designed for riders facing physical or developmental challenges and for children with limited or no experience with horses. Kids learn and practice basic riding skills, safety awareness around horses and how to groom and take care of a horse. Arts and crafts, games and activities are designed to teach the campers about horses while keeping them active and happy.
Camp is geared towards the beginner rider and is an excellent introduction to horses and riding in a safe and secure environment. Both the camp counselor and riding instructor are PATH, International certified instructors, are trained in CPR and First Aid and have strong horsemanship backgrounds.
Camp enrollment is limited to ten campers per week. In addition to the instructor and camp counselor, trained volunteers are assigned as buddies to assist each camper during riding lessons and other activities.

Suffolk Stables 422 Ongs Hat Road, Southampton, NJ 08088 609-346-7093 A Great Camp for Competitive Riders! Suffolk Stables offers three different camps for horse lovers. The first two camps are just separated by length, the one week camp, which only runs once, and the two week camp which happens twice during the summer.
Their Specialty Camp is where things begin to get interesting. The one week program teaches riders about different ways of writing and interacting with horses on an advance level. During the week, campers attend a show and compete just for the fun of competition!
Baymar Farms has been running their summer riding program since 1970. Which, according to their website, makes them the longest running summer riding program in the State. Baymar Farms Summer Riding Program is for children and teens between the ages of 7 and 16. During the program, campers will learn how to saddle western and saddle English, and even learn the feeding program of their horses, taking care of them on their own. Camps emphasize safety and rider development. Campers also observe a farrier and a veterinarian.
