At the Newark Bears' “Stadium of Screams,” a ballpark becomes a haunted house!
"Stadium of Screams" will run on the following days: October 18 - 21, 25 - 28 and 31 from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Admission into the stadium, where there will be live entertainment and costume contests, are free. Admission into the three haunted attractions is $20. A hay ride that takes place on the field at "The Den" costs $5. Carnival games range from $0.25-$1.00. Mystery dinners are also available.
On Saturday, October 27, the Bears are giving Fido an opportunity to join in on the holiday fun with the first annual "Barkula" - a costume contest for dogs - with winners being chosen for scariest, most creative and cutest costumes, as well as a talent competition and an Ugliest Dog contest!

Join us for a walk through our haunted woods filled with displays, lights, sound, and live actors luking about. The girls from Girl Scout troop 1293 run the event and help populate the woods. Come join us and be prepared to be scared! Admission is free, although we ask that you please bring a non perishable food item to help benefit the Old Bridge Food Bank. We will also be happy to accept donations to the Old Bridge animal shelter. Free Attraction! (food donations are appreciated) - Great for little kids!
