Avoid doing business with this vendor at all costs, in February I purchased a Tamaya Bruiser kit which was missing pieces... I called the store and spoke to a Woman who said she couldn’t do anything for me because the kit has been out of production for eight years. I called American Express and submitted a dispute for a damage product and was credited back my money. One month later I receive a phone call and an email from someone named Lou asking why I was “dissatisfied“ with the product, clearly an indication that the contents of the dispute weren’t even considered… I wasn’t dissatisfied I received an incomplete damaged product. Today over two months later I received a phone call from the Toms River Police Department stating that Lou the owner of the store is claiming that I committed fraud. This is surely not the way to recover a customers experience... accusing someone of committing fraud because your store carries products that are not as they are described, and missing pieces vital to the essential functionality of the product is a Gestapo tactic unlike anything I have ever seen in my entire life. The kit was thrown in the garbage at the end of February when it was first rendered useless, now two months later I’m being harassed by a New Jersey police department and business owner for exercising my rights as an American Express card customer... buyer beware and stay away.
