The atmosphere is romantic and the dishes are consistent. It is worth bringing a date and seeing for yourself. Blackbird Dining Establishment  Collingswood NJ 856-854-3444 Best Modern Eclectic! The marscapone risotto was wonderful. All pastas are homemade! Very clean and nicely decorated. As close to a 4 star restaurant as you can get in the Southern NJ region. Highly Recommended! Bobby Flay Steak Atlantic City NJ 866-692-6742 Best SteakHouse! Unbelievable expertly grilled, Top-quality beef, rubbed with a just the perfect blend of spices. Excellent service and decor. Above average American cuisine served in a simple straightforward manner. Imaginative menu is sure to please clientele that are looking for a fresh new twist on things.

At first glance the shipwreck looks like any other shore restaurant but don't be fooled by imitators. The food here is terrific. Very casual. very good!  Knife and Fork Inn  Atlantic City NJ 609-344-1133 Best Steak! There is not much to say about the Knife and Fork in except that "You will absolutely love the steaks and the service!" The seafood dishes are excellent too. A must visit! Highly Recommended! The Lobster House  Cape May NJ 609 -884-8296 The Lobster House Restaurant, Raw Bar and Schooner American offers a large and varied menu serving the freshest Seafood available from their own fleet of boats! Nothing fancy but has the freshest seafood around. Tomatoes  Margate NJ 609-822-7535 Best Eclectic! Don't be fooled by the Italian name! Tomatoes has a full page of sushi and sashimi on the menu. We were amazed by how gorgeous and modern the decor was. The food was even better. A very nice lounge and Terrace deck seating make this a great place to bring a date. (But make sure to bring your wallet too!)

The Chop House  4 South Lakeview Drive, Gibbsboro, NJ 856-566-7300 Very classy, expensive and noisy. What more could you want from a classic steakhouse? The Filet Mignon was perfect and was one of the best we have ever had. The Veal chops were delicious too. They have a really cool Martini menu that couples can enjoy. We think it is a bit overpriced (especially some wines) but it is truly a great steakhouse. I guess the old adage is true, "You get what you pay for"!
