The marscapone risotto was wonderful. All pastas are homemade! Very clean and nicely decorated. As close to a 4 star restaurant as you can get in the Southern NJ region. Highly Recommended! At first glance the shipwreck looks like any other shore restaurant but don't be fooled by imitators. The food here is terrific. There is not much to say about the Knife and Fork in except that "You will absolutely love the steaks and the service!" The seafood dishes are excellent too. A must visit! Highly Recommended! Avenue  23 Ocean Avenue, Long Beach, NJ 732-759-2900  This beautiful new restaurant was designed by the internationally renowned architect David Collins. We were amazed by how gorgeous and modern the decor was. The food was even better. A very nice lounge and Terrace deck seating make this a great place to bring a date. (But make sure to bring your wallet too!)

The Chop House  4 South Lakeview Drive, Gibbsboro, NJ 856-566-7300 Very classy, expensive and noisy. What more could you want from a classic steakhouse? The Filet Mignon was perfect and was one of the best we have ever had. The Veal chops were delicious too. They have a really cool Martini menu that couples can enjoy. We think it is a bit overpriced (especially some wines) but it is truly a great steakhouse. I guess the old adage is true, "You get what you pay for"!
