Kidz Village is an enchanting indoor play center designed for children 10 years and under and adults are always free. Filled with pretend businesses where children pretend to work and play, a huge multi-level indoor playground, ball-launching castle, arcade and restaurant. Children are learning in our edu-tainment rooms (diner, supermarket, beauty salon, tool shop, etc.) while they have fun. We offer open play all day every day, 7 days a week.
In addition, Kidz Village throws very special birthday parties in private party rooms that are filled with interactive activities and are personalized for each birthday child. They offer a handful of classes where students can learn how to make various kinds of soaps, candles, body scrubs, lotions, perfumes, spa products and more! All of their classes are small, educational, hands-on and sure to increase your interest in the art of making your own products! Their classes are appropriate for teens and adults of all ages and are great for a unique date night, fun girls night out or come alone and meet new friends! At the end of each class you are able to bring samples of your hand-made products home to enjoy! The State Theatre's Milk & Cookies program is a free, lively, interactive and educational program for children ages 3 - 8 years old. The series features storytelling, music, puppetry and much more. The Milk & Cookies program offers a safe and educational place for children to interact with one another, while discovering the joy of watching, listening and interacting with the arts. Throughout the fall and spring six Milk & Cookies events take place, once a month on select Saturdays. During the program, free milk and cookies are given to the children, while supplies last. The program is free, but space is limited, please register in advance. Check their website frequently for upcoming dates and times.
The Garden State Discovery Museum is a fun learning experience for young children. Spend the day exploring all of their exhibits. With over 15 exhibits there is something for everyone, even the adults! Each exhibit is designed specifically to be hands-on and interactive. Children can learn about sports and fitness, farms, food, animals and so much more! Their wildlife area is full of dozens of exotic animals ranging from turtles and snakes, to tarantulas, bugs and more!

The Franklin Mineral Museum is more than just a mineral museum, they teach children and parents about geology, history, mineralogy and archaeology. The Camden Children's Garden is a safe and fun way for children to explore and learn about nature. Children and families will explore the natural world without having to go into nature. The Camden Children's Garden sits on 4-acres and provides horticultural experiences for creative and imaginative play. Children will experience nature here in a way not possible anywhere else!

Located in Northern New Jersey’s Wantage Township, Space Farms Zoo and Museum is one of the coolest educational attractions for kids.
