Their guarantee states that they offer a 100% money back guarantee! If negative item(s) do not get deleted from your credit reports in the first ninety day, they will give you a full refund of your application enrollment fee plus half of your monthly fees, minus the cost of sending all letters certified mail. That means they only need to produce 1 deletion and the warranty is void. Not the greatest deal, but after all, it is still a guarantee.
Credit Pros The Credit Pros has been trying to get its foot in the door and become a brandable credit repair company. They have tried different price points and specials throughout the previous year. We are not sure if this company is the real deal or not just yet but they do offer a pretty convincing 3-way money back guarantee that states that they will offer a FULL refund if no negative item(s) are not removed from your credit report in the first 120 days of service. The second part of the 3-way guarantee states that if they can't get at least 25% of the negative items removed from each of the credit bureaus on your credit report (Transunion, Equifax, and Experian) you will be entitled to a FULL refund of all dollars spent with them. The last part is that if any previously deleted item re-appears and comes back on your credit reports, they will re-investigate to have it removed at no additional charge. Obviously part 2 is the best and is worth it if you have a lot of negative items on your credit reports.
